
SmithKline Beecham’s Study 329 looked at the effectiveness of two drugs to treat major depression in teenagers, and was originally published in 2001. The outcome of this trial was used to support the use of anti-depressants in adolescents. The results of Study 329 have now been reanalysed after worries about selective or misreporting of trial data.
