Researchers have reversed memory loss in mice by blocking an enzyme linked to Alzheimer's

Researchers from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology have reversed memory loss in mice by interfering with an enzyme forming the blockade, which is linked with Alzheimer's disease. In their research, the results of which are published in the study The Transcription Factor Sp3 Cooperates with HDAC2 to Regulate Synaptic Function and Plasticity in Neurons, the team experimented on mice to test theories about what causes Alzheimer's.
